Will I receive tickets to the event?

We do not send out physical tickets to our events, rather please print your confirmation email that you will receive when you book into the event and bring it along to registration.

What if I lose my confirmation?

If you lose your confirmation email you can contact our Seminar Booking Team to send a replacement at support@learntoberich.com.au or by calling 02 4472 1001

FLIGHTS and ACCOMMODATION

Is accommodation included in the event?

No, you are responsible for organising your own accommodation for the event at your own expense.

Who should I contact for flights and accommodation?

For flights and accommodation within Australia visit 21st Century Travel Escapes www.21stcenturyonlinetravel.com. For accommodation you can also email or call the venue of the event directly.

PARKING

Where can I park during the event?

For any enquiries about parking please contact the Venue of the event directly as they will be able to advise of their parking facilities or parking close by.

MEALS

Does the Seminar provide meals?

We do not provide any meals during the events as due to the large number of attendees at the seminars the waiting time would be too long and then we would have to cut down on our fantastic speakers!

How long are meal breaks?

There are 2 meal breaks each day of the seminar for lunch and dinner. Both are for approximately 1 hour 10 mins. We also have a number of smaller breaks throughout the day.

Can I bring my own meals?

We encourage attendees to bring snacks and water along to the events. You are also welcome to bring your lunch and dinner. Should you be unable to bring your own meals we always ensure our Venues are situated within walking distance to restaurants and cafes.

DRESS CODE

What is the dress code for the seminars?

Smart-Casual is the suggested dress code for our seminars. Please bring a jumper as sometimes the air-conditioning can get cold.

SEMINAR TIMES

What are the seminar times?

The Seminar times vary for each event and therefore you will need to refer to your confirmation email or contact our Seminar Booking Team on support@learntoberich.com.au or by calling 1300 558 540

What If I need to arrive late/ leave early from the seminar?

We understand that there are circumstances in which you may need to arrive late or leave the seminar early. Should you arrive late please seek out a 21st Century Education staff member so that you can be registered. Should you need to leave early please be considerate of other attendees and try to do so as quietly as possible.

CHILDREN

Are children allowed to attend the event?

While we encourage teenagers to attend our events (did you know you can bring up to 2 Teenagers to any event for Free) we find that children below their teens often get very restless due to the long hours.

Do you have childcare facilities available?

For information on childcare facilities please contact the venue that the event is being held at.

SPEAKERS

Who will be speaking at the event?

Jamie McIntyre speaks at most of our 21st Century Education Events, however all of our other speakers vary at each seminar. Therefore we encourage you to browse through our website as the speakers for each seminar are updated regularly. If you cannot find this information please contact our Seminar Booking Team on support@learntoberich.com.au

Can I get a schedule of the speakers?

Due to the high rate of change of our speaker schedule we do not give out running schedules of the event. On the first day of the seminar there will be a board with all of the details of the speakers and times throughout the event.

INVITING FAMILY and FRIENDS

Who can I bring to the event?

If you book for any event within 21 days of becoming a Homestudy member you can bring your spouse and 2 Teenagers (we accept teenagers up to the age of 19) at no extra charge.

We also currently have a special offer where you can also bring a Friend and a Friend’s spouse to our events at no extra charge. This offer is for a limited time only so be quick. For more information on booking a friend email support@learntoberich.com.au
